The Opportunity:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a flair for connecting with people? Do you speak fluent Spanish/Portuguese and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? If so, Eazybe has an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), focusing on the Spanish/Portuguese-speaking market.


In this crucial role, you will be the frontline of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, primarily within Spanish/Portuguese-speaking regions. You will leverage your sales acumen to initiate compelling conversations, articulate Eazybe's value proposition, and set the stage for our Account Executives to close deals.


What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities):


Outbound Prospecting & Engagement:

  • Initiate high-volume outbound calls to Spanish/Portuguese-speaking prospects daily (targeting 50-100 calls per day), engaging them in meaningful conversations.
  • Craft and send compelling, personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to pique interest and secure meetings.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts and key decision-makers within the Spanish-speaking market.


Product Demonstration & Value Articulation:

  • Provide concise and compelling demonstrations of Eazybe's SaaS product, showcasing its core features and tailored benefits to address prospect pain points.
  • Clearly articulate Eazybe's unique value proposition and how our solution solves specific business challenges for Spanish/Portuguese-speaking clients.


Lead Qualification & Handover:

  • Rigorously qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., BANT, MEDDPICC), ensuring high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Facilitate smooth and effective handovers of qualified opportunities to the senior sales team.


CRM Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Generate regular reports on your performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, opportunities created).


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine strategies and messaging for the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.


What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):

  • Fluent Spanish Speaker (B2 Level or Higher):

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are mandatory. You must be able to conduct complex business conversations, present, and write professionally in Spanish.
  • Proven Sales Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and generate interest from cold or warm leads. You know how to build rapport quickly and navigate initial conversations.
  • Calling Experience:

    Significant experience with outbound cold calling and phone-based sales development. You are comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Tech Sales Experience

    (Brownie Point!): Prior experience in a sales or SDR role within a B2B SaaS or technology company is a strong advantage.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with CRM software is essential. Proficiency with HubSpot is a significant plus, but experience with other leading CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is also highly valued.
  • Goal-Oriented & Resilient:

    A strong drive to meet and exceed targets, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent Communication:

    Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized:

    Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
  • Adaptability:

    Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving sales strategies, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
