We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to be the first point of contact in our outbound sales efforts. You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and filling the sales pipeline with qualified leads. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and research key accounts in our target markets. Map decision-makers and extract contact details using various tools. Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calling. Qualify leads based on business needs and align them with Intugine’s offerings. Schedule discovery calls/VCs and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain accurate records and healthy pipeline activity in the CRM (Hubspot or similar). Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated. Suggest and experiment with sales enablement tools and processes to unlock new opportunities. Who Makes a Great Fit? 1+ years of experience in lead generation or customer-facing roles. Experience in SaaS or IoT domains is a strong advantage. Exposure to logistics and supply chain industries is a huge plus. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal (English & Hindi). Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and social media. Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (especially Hubspot), and contact extraction platforms. Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership. Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
