Sales Development Representative (Inbound)

You will play a crucial role in client engagement and onboarding as an Inbound SDR at YS Education. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial outreach to potential clients, scheduling and coordinating meetings, assisting in the client onboarding process, managing B2B relationships, supporting the Head of Growth in executing partnership strategies, overseeing client-related projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with various teams to align partnership strategies with the company's long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via calls and emails. - Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior team members. - Assist in the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service. - Manage B2B relationships, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. - Support the Head of Growth in executing partnership strategies to expand YSE's reach. - Oversee client-related projects to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes. - Maintain strong client relationships, address queries, and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with company goals. Qualifications Required: - Strong sales and negotiation skills with 2-5 years of experience. - Knowledge of Marketing and Communications. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to analyze customer needs and execute projects effectively. - Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results. - Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
