Kra

 Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels.

 Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently

 Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from Lead to Opportunities

 Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead generation efforts.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and customer

support.

 Lead Qualification: Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the Inbound Team.

 First Reach out TAT: Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure best experience

 Proactiveness in Initiatives: Innovate to make the process and team much better than the

current process and find ways to do better
