Role Overview As an Inbound SDR at YS Education, you will play a key role in client engagement and onboarding by conducting initial outreach, engaging with prospective clients, and coordinating meetings with prospective clients and senior team members. This role primarily involves Sales and some Marketing, requiring you to identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and close sales deals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that partnership strategies align with YSE’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement & Onboarding ● Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via calls and emails. ● Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior team members. ● Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality service. 2. B2B Engagement & Business Development ● Manage B2B relationships, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. ● Support the Head of Growth in executing partnership strategies to expand YSE and its subsidiaries' reach. ● Work closely with the Growth team to explore and develop new business opportunities. 3. Project & Relationship Management ● Oversee and manage client-related projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. ● Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and providing ongoing support. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with company goals.
