Sales Development Representative (Inbound)

You will be working as an Inbound SDR at YS Education. Your main responsibility will be engaging and onboarding clients by conducting initial outreach, coordinating meetings, and assisting in the client onboarding process. Additionally, you will manage B2B relationships, support partnership strategies, oversee client projects, and maintain strong relationships while collaborating with various teams. Your role will involve Sales and Marketing aspects, focusing on identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via calls and emails. - Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior team members. - Assist in the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service. - Manage B2B relationships, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders. - Support the Head of Growth in executing partnership strategies to expand YSE and its subsidiaries" reach. - Work closely with the Growth team to explore and develop new business opportunities. - Oversee and manage client-related projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. - Maintain strong client relationships, address queries, and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with company goals.
