Job Description

Inbound SDR (Sales + On-site Events)

At Netcore, we’re looking for someone who loves being the face of a brand - whether online or in-person and can turn curiosity into connections and connections into opportunities.

Note: This role requires a dynamic, confident, and well-groomed professional who can make a strong first impression and engage effectively with prospects in-person and online.

What you’ll do:

Be the
first touchpoint
for inbound leads from marketing campaigns, nurturing them into qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
Represent Netcore at
industry events, trade shows, and conferences
— engaging visitors at our booth, sparking interest, and building high-quality leads.
Travel frequently
(domestic) to participate in events and represent Netcore on-ground.
Communicate with prospects across email, LinkedIn, and calls — always with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to share feedback and help fine-tune lead generation efforts.
Keep track of your interactions in our CRM to ensure seamless handovers to the Sales team.

What makes you a great fit:

1+ year of prior experience
in inside sales, lead development, or customer-facing roles (hospitality or banking sales preferred).
Excellent communication skills
— confident speaking, active listening, and polished writing.
A natural
people-person
: approachable, engaging, and comfortable being the face of a brand at events.
Organized and proactive — able to juggle inbound lead follow-ups with event responsibilities.
Prior experience with CRM tools and event participation is a bonus.
