Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Engati, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role involves identifying and qualifying leads, generating interest in Engati's AI-powered solutions, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start a rewarding career in SaaS sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through multiple channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound sales tools. Outreach: Proactively engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Engati's solutions and generate interest. Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Engati's target audience. Meeting Setup: Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize outreach strategies. Follow-up: Ensure consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel. Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to add value during prospect conversations. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (SaaS experience is a plus). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas confidently and clearly. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently meet targets. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools. Curiosity: A passion for learning about AI, SaaS products, and customer engagement solutions. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
