Visual Designer: Job details: 2+ years of experience in Creating visual designs (Visual Graphics, Videos, and Website) Any Graduate degree (B.E/B.tech/Bcom/BCA etc) is welcome 6 months full-time probation period with early conversion opportunity based on performance Bengaluru based role Immediate joining is preferred for this role Were looking for a visual designer, your key goal will be to envision how to attract a global audience to the product. The role will also involve close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and Product departments to create engaging and compelling product visual stories. Requirements Strong presentation and storytelling skills with an ability to articulate requirements properly and clearly communicate across various stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools (including but not limited to Figma, Canva, Adobe CC, and video editing softwares). Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery. Ability to work and communicate well with a team and deliver high quality deliverables. Ability to translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts. Responsibilities Collaboration with teams across discipline and business to understand and interpret requirements. You will also be working closely with Product, sales, and marketing owners, UX designers and developers to ensure quality of the brand visual identity. Work within brand guidelines and brainstorm to create layouts and graphics that reinforce a brands style or voice through its visual touchpoints. Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills. Curious to learn new ways of representing brand identity in design by staying up-to-date with design application changes, industry developments, and design updates. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to help create a best-in-class global product.
