Execution of Sales Development Projects in designated geographies

Ideation and conceptualization of New Systems / Processes

To anchor digitization in Sales and Marketing - Trouble shooting and supporting key business projects

Training - Help Plan & drive implantation of strategy to achieve Budget numbers and be accountable for achieving the business growth.

Design Sales plan to increase the market share & ensure implementation of action plans.

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of strategizing action plan to resolve the customer grievance.

Collaborate with relevant stake holder / influencer for concept selling of the products.

Debottleneck team working hurdles/shortcoming

Monitoring & guiding the overall efficiency & process adherence

Reviewing market intelligence report

Responsible for overall continuous business performance review and take corrective action
