Sales Development Manager

You will be responsible for driving growth in the marble manufacturing sector by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market presence. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. - Create and deliver presentations and proposals showcasing marble products and services. - Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and drive business objectives. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. - Monitor and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. - Attend industry events to represent the company and build relationships within the marble and construction industries. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth. - Strong understanding of marble products and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
