Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager based in Ernakulam. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, generating leads, managing a sales team, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves setting sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
Strong Communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
Competence in Sales Operations and strategy implementation
Experience in Team Management and leadership roles
Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
