Sales Development Manager

As a candidate for the position, you should have experience in client acquisition within the BPO industry, whether domestic or international. Your primary responsibility would be to write agreements and portfolios for the BPO processes and acquire new clients for a new startup BPO branch. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new BPO clients for voice, non-voice, and blended processes. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the company's BPO portfolio. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in BPO. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in client acquisition within the BPO industry. - Proficiency in writing agreements and portfolios for BPO processes. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities. - Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in BPO.
