Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance channel.
Build strong relationships with bank partners to drive business growth.
Identify new opportunities for cross-selling insurance products through bank channels.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

6 Months to 1year of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field. Any sale bfsi experience
Strong understanding of insurance industry, particularly in life insurance products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
