Sales Development Executive

LeadRoad.io offers lead generation and appointment-setting services to companies, specializing in cold outreach to assist companies in acquiring sales-qualified leads and scheduling direct appointments with their prospects. As a part of our highly motivated team, you will be expected to make an average of 150 - 200 calls per day. The ideal candidate should possess prior cold-calling experience in B2B environments and the ability to craft effective cold emails. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, creating email sequences tailored to client needs, nurturing client relationships, delivering compelling sales pitches, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to develop successful sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred skills include experience in B2B sales, familiarity with various sales techniques and strategies, and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
