Eligibility & Skills required:

• A degree in Business or a related field is desired.
• Minimum 3 Years of Sales & marketing Experience Compulsory.
• Minimum 1 years of senior distributor handling experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and basic computer knowledge.
• Ablility to travel on a Two Wheeler 8+ hours a day
• Two/Four-wheeler with License is mandatory.
• Compulsorily know Hindi, and English. Marathi and Gujarati are optional.
• Must speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business.
• Must display discipline and a competitive spirit.

Preferred Aspects:

• Experience in the fields of construction chemicals, cement industry, construction, or even hardware.
• Experience with Builders, Architects, PMCs, Interior Designers, Kitchen Manufacturers is also desirable.
• Minimum experience of 5+ years in distributor relation management.

Responsibilities

· Build relationships with prospective clients

· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

· Manage sales pipeline

· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
