Responsibilities: Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound/inbound calls to introduce Firmway's software solutions and services. Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and explaining how our software can meet their requirements. Deliver persuasive sales pitches to create interest and excitement about Firmway's software and set up meetings on a daily basis for the sales team. Effectively handle objections and address any concerns or questions raised by potential clients during the conversation. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Follow-up with the prospects before the scheduled meeting and get them to join the call. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for setting up qualified meetings with potential clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate our unique value proposition. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on clients' insights and needs. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling skills. Qualifications and Skills: Proven work experience of 1+ years as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner. Strong ability to quickly understand and explain software features and benefits to potential clients. Demonstrated success in handling objections and turning them into opportunities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts related to software products. Prior experience in selling software products or services, especially in the fintech industry, is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. A positive attitude, resilience, and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm. Job Summary: We are looking for a talented professional with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting, coupled with hands-on experience in accounting systems like SAP and Tally. You will play a crucial role in deploying our software solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective adoption. Roles and Responsibilities: Execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring the successful deployment of our software within a specified timeframe for each client. Conduct in-person / virtual training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system effectively. Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience. Work closely with the Tech & QA team to resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client. Create & Update comprehensive user training materials and guides to support clients in their ongoing use of the software. Skills & Qualifications: Degree Preferred –B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, Inter ICAWA. Strong understanding of AP / AR processes. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software. Excellent communication and training skills. Strong analytical abilities for issue resolution. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Skilled in creating user guides and conducting training sessions. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
