Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitor the SCADA system continuously to ensure real-time data collection and transmission. Ensure that system alarms, alerts, and malfunctions are promptly identified and reported. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing SCADA system faults. Work with senior team members to resolve issues related to communication, data discrepancies, and system performance. Collect and analyze data from SCADA systems to identify trends and improve system performance. Ensure accurate and timely data logging, maintenance of logs, and report generation. Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software components of the SCADA system. Collaborate with senior engineers to perform preventive maintenance and system updates. Prepare and maintain documentation for SCADA system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Support the creation of reports and updates on system performance. Ensure the SCADA system operates in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Support audits and inspections of SCADA systems as required. Participate in training programs to enhance SCADA system knowledge. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices related to SCADA systems.
