This is for someone who:
Has sold recruitment services before
Has worked with startups, SMBs, or enterprises across domains
Knows how to speak to founders and HR leaders without fluff
What the role looks like in reality:
Bringing in new hiring mandates
Owning client conversations end-to-end
Turning requirements into real business (not just decks)
Im open to:
Full-time roles
Freelancers / consultants with a strong network and closure ability
