Job Description

Sales Development Associate

We are seeking a Sales Development Associate to drive account growth, client satisfaction, and business development. The role involves collaborating with Key Account teams and Account Executives to develop strategies, conduct account reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will manage client interactions, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support in coordination with the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute account strategies for revenue growth.
  • Conduct proactive client check-ins and reviews.
  • Identify challenges and propose solutions to maximize client value.
  • Maintain updated CRM records and account details.
  • Communicate product updates and industry trends to clients.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in sales development/lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team collaboration ability; BFSI/CRM domain experience preferred.
  • Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
