Role Overview

The Sales & Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to both the sales team and corporate functions, providing comprehensive HR support to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and performance across sales and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with sales and corporate leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support those goals.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across sales and corporate teams.

2. Talent Attraction:

  • Partner with managers to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the recruitment process for both sales and corporate roles.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the teams.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns in both sales and corporate teams.
  • Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.

4. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on setting objectives, giving feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training team to enhance employee skills and performance.

5. HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to sales and corporate leadership.
  • Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
  • Experience working with sales teams and corporate functions is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
