Job Summary: The Sales & Gem Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Vantage Network Solutions' sales team, with a specialized focus on navigating and maximizing opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (Gem) portal. This role involves a blend of sales administration, tender management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to drive sales growth within the government sector and broader client base. Key Roles and Responsibilities: I. Gem Portal Management & Operations:  * Tender Tracking & Analysis: Proactively monitor the Gem portal for relevant tenders, bids, and opportunities aligning with Vantage Network Solutions' product and service offerings (e.g., networking hardware, security solutions, IT services, etc.).  * Bid Preparation & Submission: Coordinate the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids on the Gem portal, including gathering technical specifications, pricing, compliance documents, and certifications.  * Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all Gem-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Gem guidelines and government procurement policies. * Vendor Registration & Profile Management: Assist in maintaining and updating Vantage Network Solutions' vendor profile on the Gem portal, ensuring all necessary registrations and certifications are current.  * Liaison with Gem Authorities: Act as a point of contact for inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution related to Gem bids and processes.  * Market Research on Gem: Conduct ongoing research on Gem trends, new features, and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages.
