Key Responsibilities * Driving Sales: * Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the IT sector (Govt and non -Govt sector). * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for IT products and services. * Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions to potential clients. * Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up. * Developing Marketing Strategies: * Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT products and services. * Identify market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform marketing initiatives. * Translate technical features of IT offerings into clear, compelling business benefits for target audiences. * Participate in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools. * Building Client Relationships: * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. * Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs. * Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster client loyalty. * Product Knowledge and Market Understanding: * Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services, including their technical specifications and applications. * Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the IT sector.
