Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact between our clients, vendors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, timely execution of sales processes, and overall client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Coordination:


Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.


Ensure accurate documentation and communication of client requirements to relevant internal teams.


Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of products/services.


Vendor Management:


Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, product information, and delivery timelines.


Negotiate pricing and delivery terms in coordination with the procurement or sales team.


Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong professional relationships.


Internal Collaboration:


Liaise with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.


Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management on client and vendor activity.


Maintain accurate sales records and ensure CRM systems are up to date.


Administrative Support:


Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.


Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analytics.


Organize and maintain a database of key clients, contacts, and vendors.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


1+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).


Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:


Experience working in a B2B or vendor management environment.


Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes is a plus.


Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
