Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for Sales Coordination. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication between sales teams and clients. Daily tasks include monitoring sales operations, managing sales documentation, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.


Job Title: Sales Coordinator/Customer Success/Client Servicing

Location: INDORE

Experience Required: 2–5 years (Sales coordination/Support role)


Job Responsibilities:


Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and sales reports as required.

Maintain customer databases, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses.

Support sales executives in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Track sales leads, follow up with potential clients, and update CRM/Excel trackers.

Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Handle client calls, emails, and communication professionally.

Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.


Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the sales team.


Salary-Upto 3LPA + Incentive


Qualifications

Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or business support will be preferred.
