Accountabilities of the position

We are looking for a Sales coordinator with tendering experience who will adapt to the sales support function set here in Prismbiz Solutions Pvt Ltd. We cannot stress enough the importance of this function for our sales wing, so we are looking forward to a seasoned professional who can make a lasting positive impact in the following areas: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. ➢ Ensure that sales orders are accurately processed. ➢ Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, and accounting to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time. ➢ Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to sales. ➢ Develop and maintain sales reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services. ➢ Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing internal administrating support. ➢ Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function.


Profile of Candidate

We are looking for a Sales coordinator professional who is willing to develop his/her career in the fast-growing Sales business and expect to have a minimum of the below: ➢ A Bachelor's degree in any field. ➢ 3 years of previous experience in sales administration or coordination. ➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. ➢ Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. ➢ Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite. ➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. ➢ A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
