Sales Coordinator

As an experienced candidate in sales coordination and e-commerce platforms, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain company profiles on E-commerce platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc. You will handle website activities such as product listing, price updates, and content management. Your role will also involve generating and qualifying leads from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online portals. It will be essential for you to coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and lead conversions. Updating product catalogs, pricing, and promotional content on websites will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will monitor inquiries and promptly respond to customers through online platforms. It will be necessary to prepare regular reports on leads, inquiries, and online sales activities. Collaboration with the marketing/sales team to optimize online visibility and customer reach will be vital for success in this role. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - 3 years of experience in sales coordination, e-commerce platforms, or lead generation. - Strong knowledge of platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals. - Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and online business tools. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
