Overview of the position We're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery across our Middle East and Africa operations. This role serves as the central point of coordination between our customers, production facility in Malaysia, internal logistics team, and sales team in Dubai to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Position Responsibilities Customer Service & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across Africa and Middle East Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any potential issues Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally Order Management & Coordination Coordinate with production team in Malaysia to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery Monitor order progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues Ensure all order documentation is accurate and compliant with regional requirements Track and monitor internal logistics schedules and shipment status Logistics Follow-up Monitor shipment schedules and track delivery progress through internal systems Provide regular updates to customers about shipment status and expected delivery dates Coordinate with internal logistics team to resolve any shipping-related issues Escalate delays or concerns to appropriate internal stakeholders Understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes Sales Support Work closely with the Dubai-based sales team to ensure smooth order processing Maintain accurate customer records and order histories Follow up on payment collections and coordinate with finance team Generate regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction Experience, Skills & Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field 5+ years of experience in customer service or coordination role Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus) Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite – esp.
