Sales Coordinator

• Assist the sales team in processing orders from inquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, order confirmations, and payments.
• Prepare and send sales invoices, proforma invoices, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
• Prepare and maintain sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Track sales orders, dispatch status, and payments.
• Maintain customer records, reports, and CRM data accurately.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and MIS summaries.
• Handle email and phone communication with clients and suppliers.
• Support in sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials preparation.
• Ensure timely coordination with logistics, warehouse, and accounts for dispatch and billing.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team player with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of ERP / CRM software is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
