Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as single point of contact for customers and sales on orders, dispatch status, payments, and account matters.
Manage end-to-end order processing including planning, forecasting, order receipt, dispatch, and application of standard/special discounts.
Coordinate with Credit Control, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure approvals, material availability, and on-time dispatches.
Post and reconcile customer payments, maintain accurate outstanding and follow up on limits, overdues, cheques, and stock transfers.
Handle customer queries and complaints, drive resolution, and provide regular updates on pending orders and samples.
Make outbound calls to generate orders at the desired frequency and product mix and share advance forecasts with seniors and supply chain before plant cut-offs.

Preferred candidate profile

2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field.
Strong understanding of Order Management, Dispatch Planning, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up processes.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for managing sales orders and tracking inventory levels.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone calls/emails/chats.
Regional language proficiency mandatory.
