As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, conducting product demos, and assisting in the smooth execution of sales processes. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about our data solutions and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in sales software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communications and follow-ups.
• Utilize sales management software (CRM systems) to manage customer interactions, track leads, update sales data, and generate reports. Ensure the sales database is accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Address any concerns or issues that arise post-sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documents (MS Office & Google Workspace).
• Prepare invoice proforma and tax invoices accurately and timely.
• Assist sales team in tracking targets and performance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and sales documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or related roles.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Sophisticated, professional, and confident in client handling.
• Strong client-facing skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
