✅ Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have):

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency
• Proven record of closing high-ticket retainers (₹50K–₹5L/month)
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Funnels
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email tools
• Confident handling sales calls, objections, and closing independently
• Experience with CRM systems or structured pipeline management
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and manual outreach
• Handle inbound leads from social media and referrals
• Conduct consultative sales calls with D2C founders and stakeholders
• Present proposals and pricing, and confidently address objections
• Close deals for services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Funnels
• Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity via CRM or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with the operations team after successful closures
