Job Description

Key Result Areas: Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents (Tenders, Bids, RFQ etc.) and communicating relevant information to marketing team. Ensuring Pre & Post Dispatch Documents Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Follow-up to the due payment after dispatch of the consignment. Responsibilities: Coordinate as sales coordinator by supporting back desk activities and communicating relevant information received via mails or telephones from client to marketing team. Submitting quotations, filing important documents (Tenders, Bids & RFQ etc.). Follow-up to the clients with reference to the forwarded lead by marketing team. Preparation of Pre-dispatch & post-dispatch documents for the received orders. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form by using ERP and present reports as per requirement. Handle the processing of all received orders with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with dispatch team and ensure the dispatches of the received orders as per the timeline received from the production. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Follow-up pending payments after delivery and installation of the consignment Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
