Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in both pre-sales and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seamless coordination between departments, ensuring timely dispatches, monitoring site readiness, managing client communication, and assisting in marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, quotations, and documentation.
  •   Coordinate with technical and internal teams for timely submission of drawings, details, and other required information.
  •   Manage inquiry follow-ups and maintain a structured lead tracking system.

Post-Sales Coordination:

  • Follow up on order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and installation timelines.
  • Coordinate with factory, logistics, and site teams to ensure site readiness and smooth dispatch execution.
  • Keep clients updated regularly regarding order status, installation progress, and any required documentation.

Payment Follow-Up:

  •  Maintain a payment tracker for all projects.
  •  Follow up with clients for due and pending payments as per agreed terms.
  •  Coordinate with the accounts department regarding receipts and reconciliations.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Support the marketing team by creating promotional content, presentations, and social media creatives using Canva.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, emailers, and company branding activities.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain all sales-related documentation, reports, and trackers.
  • Prepare MIS reports for sales performance, dispatch updates, and payment status.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM/ERP systems.

Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Creative designing ability — Must be proficient in Canva
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  •  Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing workflows

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (Preferred: Business Administration / Marketing)
