This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Okhla. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day sales operations, assist the sales team, coordinate with customers, process orders, and ensure efficient sales workflow. Tasks include engaging with clients, managing communication, supporting sales strategies, providing customer service, and maintaining sales records.
→ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
→ Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation.
→ Handle client queries, calls, and emails with professionalism.
→ Support in order processing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
→ Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
→ Liaise with internal departments (accounts, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
→ Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow-ups.
→ Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
→ Graduate in any discipline.
→ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
→ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
→ Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
→ Immediate joiner preferred.
→ Experience in the manufacturing industry (interior/exterior) is preferred.
