Sales Coordinator (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and clients for smooth business operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders.
• Maintain and update sales data, reports, and customer records.
• Support in the preparation of tenders, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments (accounts, dispatch, etc.) for order processing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Manage official communication through calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Age:

  Above 40 years

• Residence:

  Delhi / NCR (mandatory)

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role preferred

• Industry Preference:

  Any or

  Bath Fittings, Hardware, Sanitaryware, or Building Material

• Skills Required:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

As per industry standards and commensurate with experience
