Key Responsibilities Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams Handle quotations, invoices, order updates, and dispatch coordination Follow up with clients on order status, payments, and service feedback Maintain documentation and data entry in CRM/Excel Schedule meetings, calls, and internal task updates Qualifications Graduate in any stream (business/admin preferred) 1–3 years experience in a coordination, sales support, or administrative role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time, multitask, and communicate professionally Why Join Us?
