This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient post-sales communication, coordination, and service support. --- Key Responsibilities: Coordinate post-sales activities including order processing, dispatch follow-ups, and delivery tracking. Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, handling queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. Ensure all customer commitments are met by liaising with production, logistics, and service departments. Maintain and update records of sales, client feedback, and after-sales services in internal systems.
