Position Summary: As a sales consultant at Manchester Honda, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right Honda vehicle that meets their needs. You will drive the sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences. · Present, promote, and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles to prospective buyers. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda vehicle models, features, pricing, financing options, and manufacturer incentives. · Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and answer product-related queries. · Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction. · Negotiate pricing and financing terms while maintaining profitability and customer trust. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inquiries, test drives, and sales using the dealership CRM system. · Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate leads and ensure repeat business. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. · Collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales support. Qualifications and Skills: · Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong track record in retail sales. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. · Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed expectations. · Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and benefits clearly. · Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred: · Previous experience selling Honda or other automotive brands. · Familiarity with dealership CRM systems.
