Job Title: Teller/Caller—Jewelry Insurance Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 1 to 4 years Job Type: Full-time Industry: Insurance (Jewelry/Valuables), Customer Support, Telesales Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Teller/Caller to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, client servicing, or operations, preferably within insurance, financial services, or jewelry-related domains. You will play a key role in connecting with clients, explaining product features, handling queries, and supporting the sales or claims process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers regarding jewelry insurance plans, renewals, documentation, or claims. Handle inbound queries and provide information related to policy details, benefits, and procedures. Educate customers on available insurance options and assist them in selecting suitable coverage. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, documentation, or claim follow-ups. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups, adherence to call quality standards, and achievement of monthly targets (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive client and jewelry information. Key Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, operations, or teller role — preferably in insurance, BFSI, or a high-value product industry like jewelry. Graduate in any discipline. Insurance-related certifications (IRDAI, etc.) are a plus. Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/dialer systems. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and high-value client interactions professionally. Preferred Attributes: Experience handling high-net-worth customers or luxury product clientele. Knowledge of jewelry valuation and insurance procedures is an added advantage. Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
