As a Sales Commissions Analyst , youll be responsible for ensuring our GTM organization’s compensation
is accurate, timely, transparent. You will own the monthly commissions process end-to-end — from pulling
Salesforce data, calculating payouts in Google Sheets, reconciling numbers, triaging rep questions, coordinating approvals across teams. This role sits at the center of GTM operations and requires precision, analytical strength, a continuous-improvement mindset. You’ll also support the audit and approval process for
commissions, ensuring compliance readiness for financial review.
Monthly Commissions Processing:
Calculate, validate, process monthly commissions across Sales, Customer Success, GTM teams with 100% accuracy, on-time delivery.
Extract, validate opportunity, attainment, payout data from Salesforce and Google Sheets.
Perform financial reconciliations, variance analyses to ensure data integrity across systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for rep inquiries regarding commission statements, disputes,
calculations. Document resolutions, escalate issues to RevOps leadership as needed.
Use Google Apps Script, advanced formulas to automate recurring processes, error checks,
approval workflows.
Identify opportunities to simplify, scale the commissions process — including improved audit
templates, approval logs, standardized calculation models.
Manage the approval process for all commissions files — prepare audit-ready documentation,
route files for review to U.S. Finance, RevOps leaders, track approvals through completion.
Salesforce and Tech Stack Support:
Provide Level 1 Salesforce support — field tickets, troubleshoot layout or access issues, escalate
complex cases to the Salesforce Admin. Manage user provisioning across GTM tools (Salesforce , Gong,
Outreach, Pocus, Chili Piper, etc.), ensuring accurate access by role, territory.
Maintain, update Salesforce dashboards to reflect current goals, quarterly coverage ratios,
attainment metrics, ensuring GTM leaders have real-time visibility into performance.
Partner with RevOps, Analytics to triage BI discrepancies, perform regular data hygiene checks.
