Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle in the Burdwan region. The role involves leading a sales team, building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing regional sales operations and delivering consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

  • Attending all new Inquiry and followed up with them for site visits.
  • Relationship management with prospective customers through Prompt response, answering all queries, sending mails and fixing appointment for site visits.
  • Attending site visit of prospect customers and converting them as new booking.

2.

  • Following up channel partners and helping to seniors for any communications.
  • Site visit entry in ERP & Monitoring with the Channel Partners for the same.
  • Doing weekly meetings with team and Channel partners for Review of the lead quality.

3.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and industry forums.

4.

  • Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline management, and territory planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Maintain CRM data and track progress across all customer accounts.

5.

  • Handle high-value negotiations and finalize deals with major clients.
  • Ensure commercial terms are favourable and aligned with company policies.

6.

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High-level analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Expertise in regional market dynamics of Burdwan and nearby areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Proven experience of 1015 years in sales, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
