📢 Job Opening: Female Customer Relationship Manager & Sales Coordinator 📍 Location: Ghaziabad 🏢 Company: Shree Krishna Polymers & Electricals (Harson group) We are looking for a female candidate with good communication skills and a pleasant personality to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to manage both customer service and sales coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Greet and communicate warmly with customers and visitors ✅ Handle incoming calls and customer/dealer inquiries ✅ Assist in planning meetings, conferences, and calls ✅ Maintain accurate files and records (inward/outward documents) ✅ Follow up with dealers for payments and send reminders ✅ Coordinate with sales executives and monitor their work ✅ Track orders and dispatches in a given format ✅ Maintain reports and daily updates from the sales team ✅ Create marketing plans and schedules for sales visits ✅ Coordinate between dispatch team, sales team, and distributors ✅ Fix appointments for sales executives from new enquiries ✅ Manage debtors and cheque deposit system ✅ Design and execute sales promotion activities ✅ Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues ✅ Prepare Monthly MIS Reports and Sales Score Reports ✅ Analyze sales issues and report suggestions to MD ✅ Provide backend support to the sales team What We’re Looking For: Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized and efficient in handling tasks Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Able to coordinate and manage multiple teams Experience in customer service or sales coordination is a plus Join a growing organization and play a key role in connecting with our valued customers and driving sales operations!
