Sales Co-ordinator

The Junior Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team in daily operations, client coordination, documentation, and order management. The role ensures smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams while supporting overall business growth. --- Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, payments, and service-related queries. Manage order processing, invoicing, and timely dispatch coordination with logistics. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM entries. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, dispatch) for smooth execution. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally. Prepare MIS reports, sales performance trackers, and dashboards. Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, and client meetings. Provide administrative support to the sales team wherever required. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support. NOT FOR FRESHERS Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
