Raise Proforma Invoices and assist in documentation. Sales Records & Reporting Maintain accurate sales records. Prepare MIS reports periodically for submission to management. Client Follow-ups Follow up with clients on offers submitted, in coordination with the sales team. Coordinate with clients for timely payments and update the sales team accordingly. Customer Relationship Management Ensure customer satisfaction with services provided. Collect and record feedback from existing clients to improve service quality. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
