About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Helium Division in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify customer orders accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, warehouse) for timely delivery.

Communicate order status to customers and resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain accurate sales and order records.

Assist in inventory tracking and stock availability updates.

Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and documentation.

Handle balance confirmation, credit note declarations, and customer follow-ups if required.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Commerce/Science or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in sales coordination/order management (experience in Industrial Gases, Specialty Gases, Healthcare, Refrigeration, Semiconductor, Cryogenics preferred).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
