Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Track daily sales inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Order Management Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of feed orders. Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to sales staff and customers. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and urgent requirements efficiently. Logistics & Delivery Liaise with transporters and depot managers to schedule deliveries. Ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills) is prepared and shared. Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues. Customer Relationship Management Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints. Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers. Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for product/service improvement. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Track outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for collections. Analyze sales trends and provide inputs for demand forecasting. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Agriculture (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in feed/agriculture/manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes in feed/agri sector.
