The Opportunity

Sales & Client Account Manager


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3–6 years of proven success in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or key account management roles with exposure to IT/ITES or allied industries.

  • Strong track record in revenue growth, client retention, and consultative sales.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth in India:

    Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Account Ownership:

    Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with assigned B2B clients through continuous engagement—calls, demos, proposals, campaigns, roadmaps, and on-site visits.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Design and execute account strategies to enhance product adoption, positioning, and market share.
  • Revenue Management:

    Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI achievement while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Development:

    Spot emerging trends, competitive shifts, and new opportunities in India’s life sciences ecosystem.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and demos to commercial negotiations and deal closures.
  • Collaborative Execution:

    Partner with sales, marketing, product, and lead-gen teams to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  • Client Success:

    Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate resolutions internally, and ensure clients derive continuous value from AmpleLogic solutions.
