The Opportunity

Sales & Client Account Manager

partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities. This role blends strategic market development

with consultative account management, driving new revenue while ensuring long-term clients

success in pharma, cosmetics, gene therapy, food & beverages, and allied industries.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Growth in India

    : Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets through client

acquisition, retention, and expansion.

  • Account Ownership

    : Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with assigned B2B clients

through continuous engagementcalls, demos, proposals, campaigns, roadmaps, and on[1]site visits.

  • Strategic Planning

    : Design and execute account strategies to enhance product adoption,

positioning, and market share.

  • Revenue Management

    : Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI achievement while

identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Market Development

    : Spot emerging trends, competitive shifts, and new opportunities in

Indias life sciences ecosystem.

  • Consultative Selling

    : Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and demos to

commercial negotiations and deal closures.

  • Collaborative Execution

    : Partner with sales, marketing, product, and lead-gen teams to

deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.

  • Client Success

    : Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate resolutions internally, and ensure clients

derive continuous value from AmpleLogic solutions.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven success in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or key account management roles.

  • Strong track record in revenue growth, client retention, and consultative sales.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Prior exposure to IT/ITES solutions in life sciences or allied industries is a strong plus.
