Job Description

  1. Lead pre-sales, sales, and deal closure activities to achieve financial targets.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of company offerings to identify business opportunities.
  3. Direct marketing initiatives through market research and strategic recommendations.
  4. Prepare documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.
  5. Establish and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
  6. Ensure complete customer satisfaction before and after-sales.
  7. Collaborate with Application and R&D Engineers to integrate customer feedback into product development.
  8. Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and executives.
  9. Select and implement automation software and platforms aligned with company needs.
  10. Generate research grants for start-ups and navigate government/private tenders.
  11. Proven business development, sales, and marketing experience.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with automation software.
  13. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  14. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and other languages.
  15. Effective leadership and management skills.
  16. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  17. Detail-oriented and persuasive with a focus on customer satisfaction.
